✔️ Provide detailed information about tours, private charters and rental services.
✔️ Book tours and activities, handle reservations, and process payments.
✔️ Resolve customer inquiries and ensure guest satisfaction.
✔️ Liaise with tour operators and maintain up-to-date knowledge of available packages.
✔️ Keep the tour desk area organized and presentable.
🌐 Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamentu are a plus!)
👥 Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
🧠 Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
🎯 Experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism is preferred.
🖱️ Basic computer and booking system skills.
🔄 Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
