Your mission
We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on intern to help boost our clients’ online presence. You’ll support the team by creating content, assisting during shoots, planning and scheduling posts across different platforms, and helping analyze performance. You should enjoy writing catchy captions, spotting trends early, and thinking about how brands can stand out online.
What you’ll do
✔️ Support with content creation (photo, video, short-form content)
✔️ Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions, etc.) tailored to each platform
✔️ Help coordinate and assist during content shoots
✔️ Plan and schedule posts across platforms
✔️ Provide clear and creative briefings for our content creators
✔️ Create good-quality content when needed using tools like Canva or CapCut
✔️ Monitor trends and brainstorm creative ideas
✔️ Write compelling and on-brand social media captions and copy
✔️ Monitor the corporate identity of our clients, trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity
What we’re looking for
🌐 A passion for social media and a basic understanding of how different platforms work
👥 Strong interest in copywriting and storytelling (English and Dutch is required; Papiamentu or Spanish is a plus)
🧠 Basic content creation skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
🎯 Eager to learn about social media advertising (Meta Business Suite, TikTok for Business)
🖱️Comfortable collaborating with content creators and supporting with briefs
🧩 A creative mindset, proactive attitude, and strong attention to detail
🔄 Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks with guidance
🔗 Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
