Your mission
We’re looking for a curious, creative, and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer & Front-End WordPress Developer to help shape and elevate the digital experiences we create for our clients. You will take ownership in improving and developing WordPress websites, strengthening visual consistency, and designing clear, intuitive user journeys. You think from a user’s perspective, translate ideas into clean and functional designs, and enjoy turning concepts into polished, high-quality digital products.
What you’ll do
✔️ Take ownership of improving the usability and overall experience of websites and digital products
✔️ Develop responsive web layouts and front-end components using WordPress.
✔️ Build and customize WordPress themes, templates, and page structures
✔️ Support the team in shaping user-friendly journeys and clear navigation
✔️ Translate insights, ideas, and feedback into thoughtful and functional design solutions
✔️ Stay up to date with UX, UI, and web design trends and apply them strategically in your work
✔️ Ensure visual consistency and maintain brand guidelines across projects
✔️ Manage projects end-to-end from briefing and concept to design, development, and final delivery
✔️ Maintain, update, and optimize WordPress websites to ensure performance, stability, and content accuracy
What we’re looking for
🌐 2+ years of experience in a similar role
🎨 Solid understanding of visual design and branding (typography, layout, color, consistency)
🧠 Proficient with design and development tools (WordPress, Figma, Adobe; plus HTML/CSS basics)
🎯Deep interest in user experience, usability, accessibility, and modern web best practices
💡 Ability to contribute strategic ideas and propose creative, user-centered solutions
🧩 A creative mindset, proactive attitude, and strong attention to detail
🔄 Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines independently
🔗 Solid understanding of core web design & front-end principles (responsiveness, performance, structure)
